On Thursday, about 15,000 Apple streaming service users in the United States were left in a state of flux as Apple TV was down for the entire day. Apple’s streaming service was disrupted.
What problems were encountered:- Users were primarily experiencing server issues. Some users have seen a message saying there was a problem loading or an error. This error, which usually escalates to playback failure, indicates a disconnect between your device and the Apple TV server. This can cause content to freeze, buffer, or stop loading altogether, which can have a negative impact on smart TVs, iPhones, and Apple TV boxes.
How to solve this problem:-
If you experience problems, first check Downdetector or Apple’s System Status page at apple.com/support/systemstatus. Then wait 30 to 60 minutes. The servers will then recover quickly.
That is, to restart Apple TV and the device, the steps to follow are: – Go to Settings > General > Restart, or hold down the TV and Volume Down buttons on the remote for 5 seconds until the light flashes.
